After subscribing to the Tiny Devotions newsletter I was able to get my daily dose of soul, wellness and intention. There is so much inspiration that comes from the site.

If you have not seen or heard of the Tiny Devotions company yet you should definitely check it out. Click on the Link to go to their website and find out more!

They have been one of my favorite companies for so long. When they asked me to help them out and take some fun photos with the new collection I was obviously so stoked and honored that they thought I would be a great fit!

This New collection is the Rise Collection. They say it's made for the girl who rises to the sun, rises to the occasion and rises to face any new challenges that come her way. Her life is her canvas, she strives for growth and embraces the magic of adventure.

I shared on my instagram about how a lot of you comment on that description totally encompassing my way of life. To be able to convey that over social media is really a hard thing and I'm so grateful every time you guys comment how you can see that shining through on social media and how inspiring is it for you guys. It really means the world me and I really super duper appreciate it. You lovelies are amazing and I hope you guys know that!

Weather this collection relates to who you are naturally, or if you wish to pick up a few of these great qualities, these accessories are always such a great reminder to live a free-spirited way of life. I strive to live this way everyday. I've really learned to not let little situations bother me. Each day is an adventure and it's whatever I choose to make of it. So if I'm feeling down I can take note of that and change my way of thinking to not let it get me further down. Change my thought process instantly, and choose to see the positive in the situation. It takes a lot of practice and can be hard at first, but once you do it repeatedly it will become a habit and life will be a lot less stressful. One of the biggest things I do to help restart and connect my mind, body and soul is to do yoga and meditation. This Mala Ring has 18 Howlite dots to be used during Japa meditation to repeat your affirmation or mantra, going around the ring 6 times to total 108. Here's some info on what 108 is all about straight from Tiny Devotions.

The number 108 is an auspicious and spiritually significant number. Ever done 108 sun salutations during a yoga class? There’s a reason why…

HEART CHAKRA:

Chakras are the intersections of energy lines in the body, and there are said to be a total of 108 energy lines converging to form the heart chakra. One of them, sushumna leads to the crown chakra, and is said to be the path to self-realization.

UPANISHADS:

It is believed that there are 108 Upanishads, texts of wisdom from the ancient sages.

1, 0, AND 8:

Some say that 1 stands for God or higher Truth, 0 stands for emptiness or completeness in spiritual practice, and 8 stands for infinity or eternity.

DESIRES:

There are said to 108 earthly desires

TIME:

Some say there are 108 feelings, 36 related to the past, 36 related to the present, and the 36 related to the future.

PLANETS AND HOUSES:

In astrology, there are 12 houses and 9 planets. 12 times 9 equals 108.

GODDESS NAMES:

There are said to be 108 Indian goddess names.

SUN AND EARTH:

The diameter of the Sun is 108 times the diameter of the Earth. The distance from the Sun to the Earth is 108 times the diameter of the Sun

The mala bracelet has 18 beads to be used during Japa meditation to repeat your affirmation or mantra, going around the bracelet 6 times to total 108.

A mantra is a word or sound repeated during mediation to help you concentrate.

Some of my favorite mantras are: Everything I need is within me. Peace begins with me. and feel the fear and do it anyway.

Hope you enjoy this post and go check out this new collection! <3
